The attempt to takeover healthcare is not about reforming health care it is about control and power.  

If the government can control health care they completely control you.  They can determine when you live and when you die.  The beaurcrats will be able to decide the rules for anything that touches health related issues...which is everything...from the diet of a newborn, to breast feeding, how much ice cream you eat, how much exercise you get, to your sex life, who gets what treament, who gets to live a long life...even whether you are allowed to have children.

Yes, the bureaucrats can very easily connect healthcare costs to the medical cost of newborns and very easliy extend the twisted logic limiting the number of children a family can have (sound familiar, that is correct...China).  

They can also extend the logic to determine who is fit to be a parent based on their “health” performance or rating.  For example if you smoke or are “obese” than you may not be considered a responsible parent and not allowed to have a family. 

Once you gave away the power of individual responsibility and the freedom of self determination, all bets are off. 

The left bets on you not being able to connect the dots and extend the logic of their proposals.  

They say "trust me...we would never do that".  Don’t believe it.  

If they wanted to really reform health care they would engage in bipartisan debate and collaboration.  They would seek free market and portable solutions that enhance preventive care.  They would use tax cuts and incentives to help motivate and encourage people to live healthier lives.  They would invite the CEO of Safeway to learn how they were able to use these ideas to reduce costs while increasing health.  

They would engage experts across our great country to learn and create the best reform package as possible.  If they did this, the country would unite behind the effort and we would have an energized harmony...but, none of this is happening.  Instead they are pushing a very bad bill as fast as they can with as little debate and daylight as possible.  They are trying to hide the bad details and the true agenda with speed and rhetoric.   

Think about it...there is no reason to move this fast unless you are hiding something.  The truth they are hiding is their desire for control and power.  

If you give them the responsibility for your health care...you give them the ultimate control over your life.

The sure thing to make jobs....CUT TAXES.

It is very simple, but it means freedom and not control...CUT TAXES.

Cutting taxes increases money into the economy.  What do you think happens to that money....?  It gets spent making jobs by people buying things, inventing, expanding...etc.  You know, doing what free people do...PRODUCE.

But of course...people producing and pursuing liberty is the opposite of control...so the liberal dems will fight it while the economy spirals.

They need to do a little reading...about JFK and his tax cuts...and how popular he was and is.

If Obama really wants to be a significant and respected president...all he needs to do...is make real, across the board, TAX CUTS happen.  

When people have the tools to produce such as money...they are happy, even while their freedoms are being incrementally taken away.

Our system of government was designed by our founding fathers to be inefficient so government would have a difficult time becoming big and intrusive.

They were brilliant, but underestimated the roach like survival of the professional politician.   

They never expected that politicians would last for 30 years plus acquiring power and skill to manipulate the system to their advantage.  They never imagined the evil of socialism and the tenacity of the “community organizer”.  They never imagined how dumbed down, distracted and star struck people would become.  The never imagined a person as unqualified, unexperienced and untested could ever become president.  They never realized and expected that the power of the smile, a lot of money and moral confusion would be sufficient to fool the American people.   

I expect, they would be very disappointed in us.

We, the American people, have a chance to stop the health care take over and the other infringements on our freedom, because of how slow it is to make law in congress.  This is something I am very thankful for.  

My hopes is that the remaining adults (Conservatives, Blue Dogs and Republications) will unite and have enough time to stop the socialist attempt to stomp on freedom.

Remember when life was relatively calm and our primary focus was living in freedom with the opportunity to fail and succeed?  Isn’t interesting that since Obama became president there has been nothing but unrest, uncertainty and chaos.  

Liberals bring uncertainty and Conservatives bring stability.

Vote for Conservatives and get your life back.

The pharmaceutical companies picking inside access and profit over reason.  Wow...what a surprise.

Don’t give up the freedom to disagree!

We, Americans, a free people, have always had political disagreements, but in the past these disagreements were always under the tree of freedom and similar values.  For example: JFK believed in a strong defense and a vibrant economy just like Reagan did.   If they sat together to discuss these issues they would view the trunk of the tree the same...but would argue about the leaves.  They both would die to protect the trunk of the tree, to protect freedom, because without the trunk there are no leaves.   JFK was a patriot.  Reagan was a patriot.  They were patriots for freedom.

Where now are the Democrat patriots?

In recent years, the Liberal democrats have become Statists and are attempting to kill the tree that has given all American (including them) the opportunity of liberty.  Their irrational desire for control supersedes any rational thought about the freedom they are attempting to destroy.  They don’t seem to realize they are cutting off their own nose.

Blue Dogs, Conservative and Republicans - UNITE!  Unite against these people trying to destroy our tree of freedom.  So we can get back to arguing about the leaves of the tree and not whether the tree lives or dies.  Freedom must live.  It is not just Americans who depend on it...it is all the oppressed people of the world.  They look to American as a symbol that things can be better.  The socialists have been trying to destroy that image for many years.  

Unite and American can be saved from this attack.

Blue Dog, Conservative and Republican align now into the “Freedom Coalition”.  

We won’t always agree, but we will be united in protecting the freedom to disagree.  Just like JFK and Reagan would.  I am looking forward to this day.

Remember the days when our elected officials supported the ideals of our country? 

Vote for Conservatives and have that patriotism and respect back.  

Remember what Margaret Thatcher said: “the facts of life are conservative”.  We can unite around this ideal to save the freedom to argue.

FACT 1:

Liberals destroy economies.

The simple fact is that liberals don’t deal in reality so their policies never work.  Name one that has worked.  Really worked and really cost like promised. 

There are none.

Their goal is NOT things working, but acquiring power to control people.  They detest productivity because productivity means freedom.  Freedom means that they don't have control.

Vote Conservative and get back to living life, enjoying the freedom to fail and succeed and the God given right to liberty.

Sarah Palin is a breath of fresh air in a smoky room...a real leader...the next Reagan.  

This is why the liberals hate her so much.  They fear her and her ability to bring American together around Conservative principles like Reagan did.  They know to their core that she is the real deal...no facade...no big fake smile...no teleprompter.  

The real deal.  

This scares them completely and is why they relentlessly attack her and try to destroy her. 

What they haven’t figured out yet...is that you can not destroy truth...you can distract people from it...you can confuse people about it (which the liberals are pros at)...but ultimately truth survives.

Obama (and his team) hate clarity and foster chaos so they can build power by destabilizing our country.  Their actions against liberty indicate a dislike for liberty.  It is very sad.

Remember what it was like to spend more time worrying about your own personal goals, local politics, raising your family or how you were going to get the funds to expand your business...than how it is now in Obamaland...having to worry about the disruption of the basic structure of American freedom, America security and the lose of the freedoms that you grew up with.

Palin will bring American back together to enjoy our God given right to liberty.

Lets not lose the great treasure of freedom that we all inherited by allowing the Socialists to win.  The adults need to get back in charge and send the socialists to the back yard to play fantasy.

Lets get real.  She is a hard core statist lefty.  She will vote her “empathy” not the facts.  

She will attempt to bring justice to whomever disagrees with her “world view” of control, enslaving freedom and social equality.

Sotomayor and Obama are children living a fantasy.  The children are in charge, for now.

I haven’t blogged for awhile...because I have been mystified by what I am seeing happen to our country.  I have come to a very simple two part conclusion.  

One: 

the enemy has learned or better stated...mastered an understanding of a profound human weakness....that is, that most people will not fight unless attacked.  

Most people will not defend someone unless the defense is in their own self interest and that most people will not deviate from their own comfort for the greater good unless their own comfort is significantly threatened.  Even then, they may do nothing because the fear is stronger than any training and confidence to fight back.

The secret to Obama and the, so far success, of the socialist - statist machine is very simple: 

Keep everyone confused...

never directly threaten the comfort zone... 

and incrementally expand influence.  

Any one who has read the Art of War and Rules for Radicals and the Communist Manifesto and the Machiavellian Prince...knows this to be true.  The left is winning big.  No republican leader seems interested or endowed with sufficient clarity and courage to do anything about it...which brings me to my next point.

Two:

The second conclusion is that we are relativity powerless as people in a representative form of government if our elected leaders do not respect the representative form of government.  

We depend on our leaders to defend the values that we cherish.  We depend on our leaders to be principled and act in the interest of our country not in their own single self interest.  We expect our leaders to be caring, competent and truly dedicated to protecting and celebrating the freedom of America, even though we know they are flawed we believe that they good people.  The enemy is using our inherent trust in people against us...they know that we will go to great lengths to forgive and overlook flaws, inconsistent logic and even very bad judgement.  They know that we would rather keep trying to believe that they are not bad. That they are not trying to forever change the country, that they are not actual and real enemies of freedom and our American heritage.  They know that as long as they put doubt in our minds in conjunction with make busy distractions and an appearance of all is well, they can take the country over in a bloodless revolution.  Guess what? It is working.  Aside from the Tea Parties, blogs and radio, there has been no real dissent.  Our representatives need to begin dissenting and not trying to get along.  They are in the place where the socialist machine can be stopped.  They know the machinery, they have a key to the factory doors, they have access to the machine of freedom.  

All they need is courage.  

If they don’t act, the people will not be able to act until it is too late to be effective.  By the time enough people can mass into a real resistance the enemy will have complete control.  This is why the defence needs to originate with our representatives...they are in and can be easily organized, they are supposed to be already organized.  

Once they align the majority of Americans will align behind them.  

Those with the ability and access must act for the common good of freedom.  

Those who benefit must support those with the ability and access.

We are at a great disadvantage when our leaders do not act accordingly or even act in a treasonous way.  All we can do is vote.  As important as voting is...the enemy is stacking the deck with special interest groups such as Acorn who expand fraudulent voting.  In other words voting is losing its value, because it is not being defended by our representatives and courts.

The enemy is doing everything we refuse to believe is possible from an elected official.  

They are lying.  We catch them.  They say they didn’t lie...only that we misunderstood.  We believe them...or at least give them benefit of doubt.  

We catch them selling out our values and they say we don’t really understand our values and that they are celebrating our values by devaluing them so others can have access.   

We catch them in stealing and they say we deserve it and it is justified.  We believe them...because we are busy.  We think that they must know something we don’t... why would they hurt the country where their kids live... they want their kids to have freedom just like them, don’t they?  

They openly subvert Freedom, God, decency, responsibility, the pursuit of happiness and individual rights and we let them get away with it.  

They say the exception should be the rule.  They say the less fortunate should make the rules.  They say who are we to dictate what is right or wrong.  

We believe them because we are afraid.  

We believe them not because we think they are right, more enlightened or smarter.

We believe them because we fear the alternative.  

We fear having to fight for something we have taken for granted our entire lives.  

We fear the responsibility and consequences of action.  

We fear the choice of doing nothing or fighting for freedom.

Capitalism creates an environment for competition.  

Competition creates choices.  

Choices are the essence to freedom.

Capitalism requires individual rights and freedom of choice.  If the government takes away individual freedom...we lose competition...we lose choice...we lose Capitalism...we lose the freedom to fail and succeed.

The dems will create a “fairness doctrine” one way or another...like most things with the left, it will be subtle, behind the scenes and hard to debate against.  It will be like “for the children” argument...they will start chanting...”what is wrong with fair and balanced”...”why are you afriad of a different point of view”...”we just want balanced information so the American public will be the best informed”....blah....blah....with the MSM running blocker on most issues they will most likely win...

UNLESS... the leaders in talk radio and the RNC and all other freedom loving people start to fight back and slam with absolute clarity any restriction on political content, the worst nightmare of our founding fathers will be realized...limit of free political dissent.  The reason the first amendment is #1 is because it is the center of true freedom...being able speak, think and write dissent without fear of persecution.  The reason the 2nd amendment exists is to protect the first and all other amendments.  Once they deal with restricting and controlling political dissent on the radio and the internet...the second amendment is next.  

If you care about freedom...start talking to your friends...start educating people about the real repercussions behind feel good socialist promises.  

Control is addictive...they seek control...like a drug.

There are two big primary points that Republicans have to addressed before any neat little slogan is crafted:

The media needs to be changed and no longer the DNC mega phone.  As long as it is a democratic echo chamber... Republicans will look bad or irrelevant and our dissent message will not get through.  Also...the dems will use the media to make all their governing faults and failure the GOPs fault.  This is a obvious and should be the only thing Republicans talk about until it gets the attention it needs. (that is what dems do...and they win in defining the conversation)

The Republicans have to get a real backbone, a real conservative leader and real media brain and get hyper tech organized.  We need to start defining the game yesterday.  But alas...we only hear through the “media” wall how encouraged certain Republicans are that Obama looks like he will govern center.  How sad and easy to beat.

Back to #1.  This is the most important thing to get addressed.  We need a two pronged approach...constantly complain about the unfair reporting...even when they are being fair (constant complaining by all republicans will be the only way to break through the media) and exploit every other media option...i.e. internet, mails, billboards, shopping carts, milk cartons, email, etc.  Never stop.

If we do not do these things they will dominant as they deserve...they have fought harder and way smarter.
